If you know me, you definitely know about my obsession with self-help books and literally anything wellness. If you don’t, welcome to my blog, and I can’t wait to share everything I have learned and will continue to learn throughout my twenties with you <3
I came up with the idea for my blog when I was turning 20, about two summers ago, because let’s face it, turning 20 is scary. We only have 3,652 and ½ days as a twentysomething, and aren’t these supposed to be the best days of our lives? All I felt (and continue to feel sometimes) is the coinciding idea that I have to have it all figured out and the fear of failure. Pivoting to focus on presence in the moment and prioritization of holistic well-being has allowed me to take a step back from self-imposed and societal pressures and live one day at a time, while appreciating where and who I am in this moment. I hope my blog helps you navigate your twenties and make them just a little less scary.
